PURSUING A REFUND

Requesting a refund should be a last resort, employed only if comprehensive discussions fail to yield a resolution. REFUND ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Full Refund:

Qualification for a complete refund is applicable if your project has not yet commenced or if the proposed design style has not been accepted.

Partial Refund:

If you have accepted the initial design style but find the delivery in contravention of our delivery policy, a partial refund will be processed based on the completed work.

REFUND UNAVAILABILITY

Regrettably, refunds are not applicable for project phases already in progress. Special marketing services, given their expiration dates and limited availability, cannot be canceled. If this has caused inconvenience, we sincerely apologize. Please note that refunds on Skypark IT Solutions may take up to 5-7 business days to process.

CANCELLATION GUIDELINES

Exemption for Third-Party Services:
